The Soviets landing a spacecraft on Venus and recording footage is exponentially more impressive than the fake moon landing that the Americans haven’t been able to replicate since then because they allegedly “don’t have the technology” to do so.
I recall listening to the head of the Soviet space program mentioning in an interview that he thought it was rather odd that the American astronauts looked like they just returned from lengthy spa treatment after they landed on the moon. Typically, astronauts suffer from severe physical ailments after returning from space. While this is not a direct accusation, I do find it extremely peculiar and most worthy of our attention as critical thinkers.
