>>503576684One, you don't need to make something like this feel meaningful.
Two, regardless of what I think it's still doable - add a hidden questline for an emote that will allow you to have sex with other players
and npcs. For example, say you're out grinding and you get a really rare drop - some kind of pretty but enigmatic flower. The item description hints at its mystery but its aroma makes you...feel funny. You take it back to Angela so she can analyze it. She recognizes it instantly and starts to feel hot and bothered until she realizes you're not offering it to her and instead want her to explain what it is. And she tells you just that, along with its...implications.
From there, she can send you on a quest to visit a landmark that has historical value to the people there (relating to courtship) or you can pick a dialogue option to give her the flower knowing full well its meaning. And depending on the dev, the screen will fade to black (and not be shy about the commentary) or show what happens. Either way, you now have an emote to sex people which could start off as sfw by extending a flower. Now, as long as you did enough quests for the quest giving npcs or earned their affinity (like enchanting a LOT of stuff with the other one), then you can unlock dialogue options to get busy with them. With players, both have to have the emote.
