closing the border can definitely only do something more than doing nothing, but it feels very dependent on the rate of incoming versus the rate of internal community spread that won't go away just because the source is stopped

still probably more worth it to close than to keep open, just gotta make sure that's not the only thing being done
just feels kind of like months ago for here and florida saying that people with new york license plates aren't welcome at the beaches
it's like dude no, the beaches need to not be open, and it's not only people from new york anyway, people that have it there have already spread it to people in florida and everywhere else too
