Real good style changes for everyone, even if some of the hair was made of pure imagination.
And a good look at how they started fixing stuff without overexplaining.
And I'm an extra-large fan of that fuwarp ending. The universe is an amazing place.
Mostly a real good series on the whole too. On the whole they got some pretty decent mileage out of the different planets. From weird communal shapeshifter clans with their canonically bigender spiritual teacher mother father to the tech-junkie dumbasses with a big fleet and little idea what to do with it because AI runs everything.
>>339301> probably one of the better villain reveals, felt really purposeful to have them just sit out 90% of the series given they were who they were in the endDamn, yeah. So good. Extremely good. Hard to say too much of how good. Really should have seen coming, but also not shocked I didn't.
>again just really good character balance, stronger family oriented stuff than we get in most seasonsCurester's family has one of the stronger family presences in the franchise for sure.
And Blue Cat joining the gang and being slightly standoffish for a good while even after joining was a delight. A loner, but not enough to stay uninvolved for any real amount of time. And I feel like that's exactly what you'd want. And that's on top of the first 4 all having pretty strong personalities to the point of even making Curester seem like the "normal" one sometimes.
>good lessons,They went real hard on a lot of the themes this time, and it mostly felt like it really came together, like between all the wildly different space people and then Cure Slay's family being very visibly different and that being a whole thing that was repeatedly dealt with. Nose Lady and Slay's connection for sure felt very earned and like it just made sense after all that. Nose Lady's episode also surprised me by feeling really
real about that very specific way people will sometimes pretend to be friendly while obviously thinking you're dogshit.
And Kappa's deal with the water wars was rough.
Not sure about blorc. Did we ever get anything on blorc's whole deal? Am I just rude for forgetting?
>>339302>i'm glad it wrapped up the way it should have Yeah. That's definitely my main mood about that finish too. Really felt like they knew how they wanted to wrap everything up. Without going completely bananas like Hugtto.
Thanks for watching, one and all.
