today was no exception, but worse than the food was the atmosphere
a new restaurant opened up the street this year and we've been debating going to it, but the neighbors all say it's expensive and not very good, but it was time to try it and find out
when you first get inside, they have all these fake rocks and a super dingy looking water supply for a waterfall fountain thing going down them, it's an "outdoors" themed place with tacky LED lighting that changes colors and intensity trying to mimic cloud cover and shade, etc
also there's super low quality speakers playing wildlife sounds
it was a dreadful experience and the food really wasn't notable, not the worst thing i ever had but nothing great
there was cheddar on that so i guess i had cheese today thern
