but i decided to keep playing on the fan run servers (by the way the fan run servers run the retail game, so if you played retail you had your account username/password and all your characters, they pretty much just handed control over to fans to keep it running)
near the end of neocron 1, or maybe the beginning of neocron 2, they added a "trophy" system, where some peak level monsters of their "type" have a low chance of dropping a corpse with which you can make into taxidermy statues to shove in your apartment
i decided it was time to get revenge for my long lost friend who i could never apologize to
i slaughtered the ALPHA WOLF popular, and the WOLF population, and several other hostile fauna (and flora) which all needed to die so that more ALPHA WOLF would spawn, seeing as there was a shared spawner
i didn't count how many i killed, it wasn't about the number, it was just about making things right
so i did it, i killed a lot of them, and i got the thing required to make taxidermy
