the last event of neocron 1 beta was only a few hours after the incident
someone knowledgeable person was guiding a gigantic group of people (the servers held 400 people? and felt like maybe 250 of them were all grouped together for this) toward somewhere the GM said to go, so we all walked in our really safe paths while higher level people took care of grenade chucking mutants so all the low level people could come along
we wound up inside some kind of base that i don't quite know the location of anymore, i tried to find it in game but not sure if there were special spawns there for the event or what, so i'm not confident i found the right place
but basically there were big ass ufos that had no business being indoors shooting big laser explosions everywhere
i died almost instantly but the level had so many people in it, i was running around with 0 (and slowly regenerating up from 0) hp for a good 5 minutes till the game decided i actually died
i'm not sure what was going on in the bowels of that dungeon where everyone was headed, so i'm not sure how the world ended
it just kinda did, then everyone was kicked out, and you had to pay
i never paid cause i'm a cheapskate
this is probably(?) the outside of the dungeon where everyone was led
