The shitty teens are very good.
And the lack of cynicism with which their shitness is treated.The whole thing just captured a vibe I'm very into.
The vague Scandinavian-ness by way of British author probably contributed to that, and consistently gave me this twinge of distinct pseudo-nostalgic(?) oddness.
