>>3475That's exactly my point. /jp/ has hard moderation DESPITE being a small board with a low population, wheras boards like /v/ and /pol/ also have hard moderation but they have a high amount of posters to justify it. /jp/ probably has a higher amount of janitors per poster, and that's what matters.
Like, dude, India has a larger population than Cuba so it has more people in jail. But Cuba has a higher amount per head in jail, because it's much more harsh with it's law.
