It's an attempt to retire early. I realize the older you get, the harder work is on your body.
Therefore, while I am young I am living miserly and working hard in order to buy cheap property in shitholes. With any luck, by the time I'm in my 40's I can retire and live off the rent from my cheap apartments.
I'm already the landlord of one flat, but it's still not enough to live off of.
