They're generally not aggressive, though, they get in the trash cans all the time. And as for the crime, I live on the outskirts of a city that's massively growing. It used to be a rural area, but ever since the mid-90s or so, there's been a massive influx of people moving in for the scenery. Now the entire city runs off of some stupid "hippie" theme and tourism and attracts some of the types of people I dislike most in this society. Crime's just up everywhere since then. Thieves have stolen lots of things from here, from things as small as firewood to my grandfather's entire truck filled with all his tools for his livelihood. When they got the truck back, they had ripped the entire bed off and sold everything for scrap. I won't lie, people who steal are among my least favorite kinds of people.
Damned holidays and business days. Hopefully you can work something out with OVH and Paypal, though. Surely if you explain your situation they'll offer some kind of assistance. It's really a shame one has to go through all this trouble simply because they picked the wrong payment method by mistake.
