Okay, let's put aside the scope and let's talk about DS2's ''story''.
It's shit from the very intro and never really goes anywhere,
DS1 had the motherucking lords, the serpents the cycle and all that glorious shit.
DS1 start with the u gun die intro and put you on journey that makes barely makes sense for the protagonist.
The zombie king that stole shit from the faceless giants sounds cool but it never goes anywhere and not because of the series' cryptic storytelling.
