As for the game, I was absolutely shit at them at first having difficulty with anything past stage 4 on normal difficulty, usually through...well reflex training that is easy to lose if you don't maintain it, and pattern memorization, it can get less difficult.
As proof, I used to be able to beat EoSD extra stage, but now I can't even get through Undertale without dying once and that is literally babby tier compared to 2hu
