School is kind of fucked up. The extent of financial education was "this is how you balance a checkbook" which was going out of date when we were being taught it. They also wasted months in 3rd grade teaching cursive which everyone said you'd use all the time in highschool...lo and behold that was complete bullshit. Efficiency...
