I was going to ask why you were using Chrome OS on a desktop until I saw the telemetry bit, forgot about the mess with win10's extra "features". I disabled or deleted that tracking shit, and since they decided to remove the ability to turn off automatic update for even Win10 Pro, I had do disable that service as well. I'm generally okay with Windows but fucking let me disable update, Windows Update is notorious for causing problems.
Ricing is fun, If you want to learn you some HTML and CSS, might I suggest making a custom new tab/home page for Firefox? I've found I learned stuff like HTML best by doing things like that. As for ricing windows, poke around in /wg/ and /g/, there are ricing guides all over, though they're usually hipsters and balk at the idea of things like Emerge Desktop and Rainmeter
I imagine some do but not many, that feature where the key you pressed shows up above the keyboard or "pops out" is useful when my thumb covers an area of 3x3 keys.
Never finished Nichijou, not that I didn't like it because its hilarious, just ended up busy and never got around to it. The bits with shinonome and nano are bestparts
