On the real world front not much, taking advantage of my insurance and taking care of some long-standing issues. New glasses in January to replace the 6 year old pair I have. Otherwise not much has *changed* per se aside from trying to manage a weirdly steadily growing group of people, and trying not to get burnt out on my job.
