I think the first one was easier. I was just kind of fucking runs up mindlessly and one of those times I just said alright this next one I'm gonna beat it. No more fucking around. But I got kind of lazy cause I was skipping missions at the end just trying to get to the final mission and I realized.... Mexico was at full panic and my doom bar was full too. So it was basically a 50/50 chance of ending my run right there before the final mission. But my amigos came through and stuck with the project.
I felt kind of bad because I didn't even have to prove myself in a ultra late game mission before the end and those are always basically impossible... and then I get a terror mission like one day before I can access the final mission... I was fucked. I couldn't skip it without losing the game. But this was my chance to prove myself. And I fucking rolled through those 3 sectopods like they were cans of soda and beat the final mission after that.
