even if you compare it with pripara s1 it doesn't have as many interesting setups, just red/green and carmen sandiego compared to s1 where we get all of the crazy stuff with pripara being forbidden and then actually getting to parajuku and then on top of that the mirei stuff, the way it's set up is a lot more compelling
even just skimming over the first episode it doesn't even fell like much of anything happened, only random junk and then prichannel exposition and a performance
it doesn't have to be pripara, but it just needs to be interesting and i don't think it was very interesting
it could be better in the second episode, but it wasn't a very compelling first episode to me
