>>4541It’s been so long that I don’t even remember what you look like any more, but yeah sure, here goes nothing. But honestly, did they really think there was going to be some profound epiphany or something? Is that supposed to sound good when someone posts it as their status update on Facebook? Can anyone actually believe they’re talking about, for example, “just sitting down to watch Star Trek” or whatever it might have been? It sounds too cute by half. They can keep dreaming if they expect me to ever respond positively to anything like that again! And they’re not alone anyway, people are all leaping onto the bandwagon. Good luck finding your inner peace then, suckers. It’ll do them no good anyway! This board is where people come to complain, after all. Why would they want to give up complaining and learn how to appreciate things?! So now that that’s over
>>4544There is no such thing as a “state of tranquility”. What even does that mean? Are you serious right now? People aren’t tranquil; people fight and argue! That’s why there’s drama everywhere else online! You should know this by now! It’s absurd to postulate otherwise! So you shouldn’t pretend to think the current state of affairs will help us address problems. We need conflict and dissent if we’re gonna accomplish anything worthwhile! At least something interesting happens when posters disagree! Otherwise we’d all just sit around agreeing with each other mindlessly! It’s uninteresting and doesn’t work as a community strategy! It only works that way if there’s tension! If you haven’t noticed that yet then you clearly haven’t been paying enough attention!
>>4545God dammit, stop using buzzwords like that! Nothing is clear and everything feels gross! You’re making stuff up as you go along! And you’re projecting a buncha hippie nonsense onto others because it makes you feel better than yourself! Nowhere near enough posters are arguing constantly, and you know it! Unless… unless you’re trying to control our minds and make everyone think we love fighting forever? Which would be pretty far-fetched. I’m calling BS on it. At least tell me you don’t seriously believe that kind of vapid crap! Don’t force me to guess whether you genuinely believe the world is full of rainbows and butterflies. Tell me!
>>4546What’s wrong with my argumentation? Am I missing something crucially obvious? Or perhaps you believe emotions trump facts? Be clear, because I don’t understand what point you’re trying to make.
